Social

Health & Safety

The wellbeing and safety of our workforce always takes precedence. We have developed a strong safety culture by setting and enforcing rigorous standards and practices.

Our commitment to health and safety extends beyond our operations.

By ensuring health and safety is a top priority, we are able to positively influence livelihoods without having a negative economic or social burden on our communities.

To support our safety initiatives, we have implemented several key practices outlined in our Safety Guide:

1) Switch ON
2) Noggin System
3) Life Saving Commitment (LSC)
4) Safe, Engage, Lead & Focus (SELF)

By prioritizing health and safety, we aim to foster a secure working environment that benefits both our team and the communities we serve.

Community

As part of our local initiatives to contribute to social and environmental causes, TPS has actively participated in various programs organized by Yayasan Sime Darby. These collaborations aim to support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in education, community and health, environment, sports, and arts and culture.
